Derricks nursing home stay

Derrick came to the hospital on Wednesday , November 1 for a horrible pain in his left leg. After xrays etc., it was found that he had broken his left femur. He had to have surgery, and is now starting recovery. The hospital wants him to go to a skilled nursing facility right away. He needs 24 hour care until he's able to put alot of weight on his leg. There are several issues in our way, 1, is that our insurance does not fully cover the fee. It's is a $175 put of our pocket a day fee to keep him in there. 2 is they want every week in advanced ( one of the facilities wanted 2 weeks) 3 is that I have no time off to take care of him if he does come home.

To top all of that off, we we recently served a 60 day notice to move because our landlord is selling the house, and so we have to move , and also pay deposit and rent on a new property.

We have been having financial issues already, and all of this has made it so much worse. We have some family that can help... but we are looking at thousands of dollars, and there is no way everyone can help.
