Help with long term Healthcare & Bills

My name is Angela and I am friends with Julio and his Fiance Katherine. Julio was in a severe car accident and is in ICU. His injuries will take years to recover from and will also change his and his family's lives forever. It is still very early and he has already had 1 surgery with many more to come. He has severe burns that will change his ability to care for his family in the near future. His fiance Katherine is taking care of the 3 children while working and being at the hospital to make critical decisions as well as support for Julio. I am asking for your help as this will be an extremely long recovery and Katherine will need to take a lot of time off to be with Julio.
