Hi, my name is Coach Risley, and I am fundraising for the Waites family. On April 14th, 2022 an unimaginable tragedy occurred. A drunk driver hit Reese and her boyfriend head-on. Reese suffered two broken femurs, a broken left tibia, a broken hand, and a lot of bruising. Reese has had surgery to fix her bones but has yet to wake up or be responsive. We are so very thankful she is still with us, and she is so strong!!! This past week Reese was moved to Atlanta to receive the best possible care. This family and Reese are so special; to know them is to love them.

Reese graduated from TC Roberson in 2021 and is currently attending ETSU. Reese was a member of the volleyball and soccer teams at TC and played on travel teams for Xcel Volleyball Performance and Hendersonville Football Club. I had the pleasure of coaching Resse for two years while at Xcel. Reese is a hard-working, kind, funny, and intelligent young lady.
