Hello everyone,

My name is Matt Priestley and as you read above, that's how Chris would almost always answer the phone when someone would call him. Sadly he cannot come to the phone right now, as he is currently in the hospital with serious injuries.

For those not familiar with what happened. On January 23rd in the early hours of the morning, Chris was seriously hurt at work. He had a very heavy piece of equipment fall onto him and caused serious damage to his face and one shoulder. He was taken to the hospital in Orillia and then airlifted to the trauma centre at St.Micheals. He has made tremendous progress in the few days he has been in the hospital so far, but he and his family are going to have a very long road to recovery.

Chris and his wife Kim are extremely resilient people and they will pull through this one way or another. However, Chris will be out of work for quite some time, which leaves them with not a lot of finances coming in. I would like to ask that if you could spare anything that could help them, it would be greatly appreciated. Everything donated will be used to help Chris and Kim with whatever they may need to get through this difficult time. I appreciate you taking the time to read through this and hope together we can make their lives just a little bit less stressful with your help.
