Support Andrew's Fight Against Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Dear friends, family and compassionate strangers,

I am writing to you with a heavy heart as I seek support for my sweet nephew, Andrew, and my sister’s family during an incredibly challenging time. Andrew, a bright and funny 19 year old, has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and now embarks on a tough journey to recovery.

After months of swollen glands and unintentional weight loss, Andrew received this devastating diagnosis. Cancer. His treatment plans includes a minimum of 6 month of chemotherapy, which will require occasional trips to Boston for specialized care. While Andrew is determined to beat this disease, the finacial impact on my sister’s family is immense.

One of the hardest parts of this diagnosis for Andrew is that he can not return to college for his Sophomore year. He was so excited to continue his studies and this setback has been heartbreaking for him.

I am reaching out to help relieve some of the financial strain on Andrew and my sister’s family during this time.

Your contributions will go towards:

Medical bills- covering the cost of chemo, hospital stays, necessary medications.

Travel expenses- supporting cost of trips to Boston for treatment, parking, transportation and meals.

Fertility preservation - Helping to ensure that Andrew has option to have a family in the future.

We have set a goal of $25,000 to help alleviate these financial pressures.
