I am 70 years old, and I am collecting social security every month. Last August, SSA cut my monthly income, reduced my food stamps to $23.00/month, and took my Medicaid away because of a typo. Someone told Medicaid that I earned $1800 a month. This is not true. I earned $1100 a month. It was hard to survive while I had these benefits; now, I am so poor I can't get food, and medical situations now cost me money. I am struggling and would appreciate if I can get some help. First there was the government shut down then when they opened up the government, I spent hours and hours calling SSA and Medicaid to resolve this a. There is no resolving this. Please and thank you.
