Hello there!

My name is Lydia. I’m a 30 something Appalachia woman who adores her animals. One of them, Winnie, needs some help.

Winnie is my beloved Rottweiler. She actually just turned seven! Winnie has a lump on her belly. While we weren’t super concerned, the vet still decided to check it out to see what’s what.

The sample taken from the lump didn’t tell us much BUT her vet wants the lump removed asap. We don’t know (yet) what it is, but we want it gone.

Like everyone else in America, we can’t afford much in the way of unexpected fees or bills. We get by as best we can.

Winnie has gone to work with me her whole life. Kids at elementary schools and young adults at universities have met her and love her. She has charmed everyone she’s ever met! She is widely known and loved.

It is my hope that maybe the love she’s sent out into our community will come back to her! I hate to ask for help (don’t we all?) but my girl needs care and the sooner the better!
