G'moms Liver Transplant

So Gmom/Gram/Penny finally go her call and received her new liver Sept. 5, 2015.  Although she is home and recovering, this is a very slow process.   We still want to help raise money for her because the hospital bills are still there, just larger than they were when we first started this fundraiser.  She lives alone and is unable to work now so any help you can do, it will be greatly appreciated.
