India is in the grip of a devastating COVID-19 second wave. The peak for the 2nd wave is estimated to be 1-2 weeks from now, which means things will get worse before they get better. We are a small group of physicians hailing from Chandigarh who have started this donation campaign for COVID-19 relief. Based on feedback from physicians working on the frontlines for Covid-19, regarding what exact help is needed, the funds raised will be utilized in procuring oxygen, medicines and other medical equipment etc for hospitals in the tricity area who are currently struggling with the rapid setting up of advanced patient care facilities for COVID-19.

We are partnering with an LA based NGO called Nanak Prachar Sabha, in order to be able to transfer funds to India while being in compliance with FCRA regulations. They have very kindly agreed to help us facilitate with transfer of funds without charging any administrative fee which will ensure that all the funds are utilized for COVID relief.
