My name is Givanna Ramos. My father, Joel Ramos, died unexpectedly two weeks ago. Though these past weeks have been a roller coaster of emotions, I have to begin planning for my father’s funeral.

He was born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, and came to Virginia as a teenager. Though my dad spent most of his life here, I know he would want to be back home with his mom and dad. I am asking for help to bring my dad back home and give him a proper funeral.
