My family has been struggling with this electricity debt for a while and they finally cut us off because we couldn’t make some payments around during COVID, my whole family got sick and only two people were kind of ok, my grandma really couldn’t pay back the electricity bills much or at all really as at the time she got seriously injured as she fell and her legs and mouth were injured and then slowly recovered, then months later still struggling with bills and living costs like gas and water being cut off and even more health problems like my grandma getting cancer and getting procedures done and going through things and then thankfully she recovered! Shes ok! Then a little later my grandpa was also diagnosed and I don’t know much about that but everything seems fine for now!,it’s really been a struggle for my family it’s hard to get some food that lasts for the weeks and there’s always little problems here and there, then a couple days ago the electricity bill not being paid on time finally caught up to us again and they cut us off, we’ve been In debt since COVID and it was just piling up and adding up even though we really tried paying little By little it still just isn’t enough to meet the requirements and yeah here we are :,) please help if you can ! <3
