Ride for addiction

Hi, my name is Brandon Kelly and I will be doing a solo bicycle ride on June 4 across Indiana to raise money for addiction. The ride will start on the Michigan border and will finish at the Ohio river appr. 245 miles. All donations will be going to the Gilead House in Kokomo IN which is a non-profit organization to help in recovery of drug and alcohol abuse. With that being said, here is a little about why I am doing this.
On Jan. 17, 2015 I lost my best friend and brother to a heroin overdose. I watched him go from a caring gifted individual who had everything going for him in life to giving it all away for this addiction. I was there for him everyday for the last 4 years of his life as was his family and friends but it wasn't enough to pull him from the hands of the drug. So by doing this ride I am hoping I can reach out to others and raise money to help with an organization that helps in the recovery of people that are struggling with an addiction.
