Mrs. Desimonia Starling "a precious gem" passed away on September 6, 2021. During her life, she was committed to God, a pillar of the community and the epitome of serving others. Mrs. Starling had such a beautiful spirit. When she smiled, you couldn't help but to be okay.

 

Mrs. Starling invested and poured her wisdom into so many lives globally. She used her knowledge and wisdom to help empower others to pursue higher heights. She was a huge advocate for education.

 

In honor of her life, the Desimonia Starling Memorial Scholarship has been established to support higher learning. Often, she would tell her children and grandchildren, "once you get it in your head, no one can take it from you."

 

Mrs. Starling lived to be 90. Her family has chosen to continue her legacy of helping/serving others.

 

100% of the funds donated will be provided to students who desire a higher education.
