A year and a half ago, my life changed when I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. It started subtly—a small tremor in my finger as I stood by the window of my farmhouse. At first, I hoped it was nothing, but as the symptoms progressed, I had to face this new reality head-on.

Since then, I’ve been focusing on my health and doing everything I can to fight this disease. These practices have helped me immensely, and I remain determined to do all I can to live a full and vibrant life. My family is my everything. With my son, Cayden, going off to college and Rob and I looking forward to a long and happy life together, there is so much more living I want to do. I’m not ready to let Parkinson’s slow me down, and that’s why I’m ready to take the next big step forward.
