Hi friends and family,

As many of you know, I have been approved for surgery and really looking forward to it!

I have been such a huge supporter in helping out the communities in need for many years with the united way, world wild life and many more, however this moment in my life I am in need of help :)

I only work part time and am saving every penny for my surgery fund but finding it difficult with all my day to day needs it's hard to save much.  I am in need of some financial help to alleviate the costs of travelling, accommodation and assistance of a support worker.
