Hi my name is Eric Dickerhoff and I am fund raising for myself and my family I have had a lot of battles in my 56 years but nothing like this! In November I was diagnosed with stage 3 throat cancer, 3 days prior we found out that our move to Az was finally going to happen, so it took us by surprise that I was getting ready for the fight of my life. In December we moved to Az and started looking for cancer treatment here, we found one of the most amazing teams of Dr's and quickly got a treatment plan to treat a large hole and tumor on the right side of my throat, it had also grown into my jaw, mouth, sinus (upper and lower) and was spreading fast. I am currently being treated with 7 rounds of chemo (every Monday), with the addition of 35 rounds of radiation, I have a feeding tube as well as an IV port in my chest. Even with health insurance the cost is adding up quickly as every appointment, sometimes 3 day are $35 on top of the out of pocket costs that have exceeded $10,000 so far. I never thought this would be me here reaching out for help, but here I am. I truly appreciate any help that we can get. Thanks you for understanding and "GOD BLESS"
