funeral expenses

Hello, my name is Juan Carlos Serna, I am the son of Estanislado Esparza Serna. On January 7th, 2023 my father passed away very suddenly, only within 1 month our father had withered away.

My dad had seriously become ill and what we thought was something small turned out to be something major and to no avail, the search ended in constant hospital visits and went undiagnosed, as dr's only to suspect that it was cancer. We watched my father become weaker as the days passed and still had no diagnosis.

Helping him up and down the stairs and around the house as he was becoming Immobile, just to see the once strong hard working man succumb to an illness we didn't know of, was immensely hard to see right in front of you.

Our father was a devoted catholic, always there for his family, Grandaughter and friends. Bringing in lunch for his coworkers at the BMWs collision center in Buena park. My dad's career was always in the automotive industry from the parts department, painter porter to detailer, that man never missed a beat.

He has been a shining light wherever he goes, never complained and always focused and driven. He never cried even while in pain, I think it was his faith that he put into God's hands that he never felt any discomfort only tiredness, weird heavy fatigue set in that you would swear he was hibernating like a bear. which he was known for.

My mom's side of the family is blessed to have priests and deacons as close relatives. Father Salvador proceeded in giving dad the last rites, he took his communion and prayed with us all, as he was lucid and talking throughout like he knew it was the last time we would be together.

Whatever you had on your mind my dad was there to listen, he was always joking with others and making people laugh. May your memories of him comfort you in this difficult time, I hope they're good stories cause we would love to hear about them.

To all who came into his good graces and had the pleasure of knowing my father, I thank you for being his work family, brother, sister, nephew, niece and granddaughter. I always tell my co-workers, that we spend just as much time at work as we do at home so we all become family.

He is survived by his two sons Juan, Jesus and his wife Teresita.

If you'd like to contribute a donation to our family we would greatly appreciate this so much. I know times are tough but anything helps.

May God bless you all as we honor his life.

Sincerely,
Teresita, Jesus, Juan Carlos, Veronica & Isabella Serna
