Hi, I’m Cashmere.

Cualli Cakes has been my dream, my baby, and my way of spreading love through baking. I’ve met incredible people, heard your stories of grief, survival and redemption and shared so many sweet moments with this community. For that, I’m forever grateful.

But as a single mom of two, baking alone hasn’t been sustainable. I’ve been studying prerequisites for nursing school, and while I’m excited about that next chapter, stepping back from Cualli Cakes has been heartbreaking.

Then, life added another storm. Just minutes after visiting my child’s daycare, I was in a hit and run accident. My face hit the steering wheel, I have some whiplash but thankfully the kids and I are safe. The car, however, is not and I was uninsured. I don’t know how I’m going to cover the cost of repairs on my own.

That’s why I’m asking for your help. My $3,000 goal will cover:

• Car repairs from the accident

• New registration / tags
