Hello, we're FlawBored, we're a disability-led theatre company made up of Samuel Brewer, Aarian Mehrabani and Chloe Palmer and we're very fortunate that our debut show, It's a Motherf**king Pleasure will be going on a US tour next year. It's a Motherf**king Pleasure is a scathing satire on the monetisation of identity; it debuted at Vaults Festival, transferred to Soho Theatre, won the Untapped Award with New Diorama and Underbelly Edinburgh and has since gone on to tour internationally and the UK. We're very grateful for all of the support from venues and audiences that has made this possible.

Some of you may know that after we returned from our New York run in January this year, Aarian got very unwell and eventually was diagnosed with brain cancer. As you can imagine, this was a very scary time; it led to him being hospitalised for quite some time and as a result, Aarian was not able to join us on the UK tour.

Aarian is now, thankfully, making his recovery after extensive radiotherapy and chemotherapy, with him completing treatment early 2025. We have the opportunity to go to America and tour the show, a plan that has been in the works for a while but never seemed possible. With everything looking on the up, we are really excited to go and to have Aarian back with us performing the show, however, as a cancer survivor, the insurance costs are now astronomical. We are asking for your support to help pay for Aarian's travel insurance costs so that he can come to America and perform the show as originally intended. We appreciate that we are asking at a time where many may not be able to give, but if you have anything at all to spare we would really appreciate your support.
