This is Bhavya she is 4 years old and has Thalassemia.

Thalassemia is a blood disorder caused when the blood doesnt make enough haemoglobin. It can often be managed by treatment but without it is a life-threatening condition.

Bhavya has to undergo blood transfusions every 15 days and she now needs a Bone Marrow Transplant to survive. As you can imagine treatment like this is very expensive, so we are raising money for Bhavya and her family.

Any money you could spare would help Bhavya a little closer to getting her treatment and live a normal childhood.

After furthur consulation and discussion, an alternative hospital has been identified that can provide treatment at a significantly reduced cost equating to approximately £15,000.

We will for those interested, provide details on Bhavya's progress as she goes through the procedure and her on-going treatment.
