Charles is a bright, happy, courageous 16-year-old boy who now needs your help. He has suffered with Marfans Syndrome, along with his sister, his entire life and has been through many hardships prior to this accident. 

On June 20th, 2020 he was out playing and swimming at Lake Cheweva,  as many boys do. Due to his current state, a lot is unknown about the accident but it is assumed he flipped in shallow water, causing him to hit his head. He suffered head trauma in the water, causing him to drown. His 18-year old sister, who is also his best friend, found him in a state that no one should have to experience. She began CPR, as he had no pulse, and called 911 with the assistance of medically trained bystanders that happened to be there. A CT scan later revealed that his neck was broken in 3 different places, and he has been put on a ventilator. He will have to endure multiple surgeries, and the prognosis is unknown at this time. I'm starting this fundraiser so their family can spend as much time with him, and have some assistance with inevitable medical and therapy bills.
