Daisys TPLO surgery

Hi, my name is Bridget and my beautiful 7yr old pups name is Daisy.

As I try to write this with tears in my eyes.. I desperately seek help for my girls extensive out of the blue, leg surgery.

I am not the one to ask for anyone’s help by ANY means, but I have no other option as I have fallen on hard times, especially being a construction labourer who is currently laid off for the winter.

For those who say a dog is just a dog.. couldn’t be more wrong. This dog is my whole world, my therapy dog to say the least. She is my child, it honestly kills me that she could be in any amount of pain.

Daisy is honestly the GREATEST thing that has ever happened to me. She always will be. Who ever has had the chance to meet her, knows how sweet and loving she is. How she loves to give her kisses and how fluffy she is. This Monday, she had a vet appointment due to her limping on her right-hind leg, only to find out that she has a ruptured ACL. Other than her current diagnosis, she is the happiest dog out there, still tries to run around like she’s 1 years old. I’ve had a couple people other the last year who are shocked at how she carries herself for her age.

All I can hope for right now is seriously a miracle for my precious pup. Please, I know as a pet owner how hard it is for any of our fur babies to need help, especially anything that ends up with a big vet bill at the worst times.. as I beat myself up over all of this, I am trying my best to get my girl the help she so desperately needs and deserves.
