My 9 year old little girl Giovanni McIntosh who is a Third grader at Richard Allen 3-8 campus was tragically injured by a drunk driver on May 18th. Giovanniwas ran over in the apartment building Parking Lot where we reside. She was doing what children her age does, simply running across the lot to a friends. While running she pushed her friend out the way and endured the hit from a family van. She suffers from a broken femur, both arms broken, fractured skull and internal bleeding.
