Patrick Passed Away Tuesday April 28th From COVID-19. Patrick was a CNA/QMA working in a nursing home with patients that had COVID-19. He put his life on the line because he loved those patients like they where his own family he would even take his service dog with him to work to put a smile on his patients face. Pat loved to do karaoke on his free time anywhere there was karaoke. Please help us give this frontline hero a proper celebration of life.
