Heart operation

My son Robert is married and lives in Thailand supporting 5 children. His wife suffers from Leukemia. He had a heart valve operation last Friday in Bangkok Hospital. Cost 250 000 Thaibaht (appr 89000 SEK) . Heart is not covered in his insurance. I financed that but he did not improve so he had to be operated again yesterday. I got a short term loan but am desperate and need help to repay the loan. Everything will be proven with hospital receipts. The situation is even worse as his wife is in the same hospital for blood cancer and will stay there for further 2 weeks.
