Turkey and Syria Earthquake Disaster

Hi there!
On the 1st of April, a group of us will be running the Berlin half marathon to raise much needed funds for the Turkish and Syrian people affected by the recent earthquake disaster.
The Turkey Syria earthquake has upended the lives of so many. It has caused inconceivable damage to families, communities, homes and businesses. So far, over 50,000 lives have been lost. The people of Syria and Turkey are experiencing a feeling of mass trauma and emptiness that no one should ever have to endure. We feel incredibly lucky to sit in such a privileged position and it is crucially important that we reach out with aid where possible.
All funds raised will be donated to Médecins Sans Frontières. This association provides medical assistance to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare. Médecins Sans Frontières continue to provide medical assistance, winter kits, tents and trauma kits to the Syrian and Turkish people affected by the disaster. You can read more about their work here.
