R.I.P Jenz Meiring 14/03/21 12:45 NZ time: aspiration pneumonia
My name is Nicole and I am trying to raise money to help my brother Jenz who is 25 years old, who had a high speed vehicle accident on 22/08/20 who is currently in critical care in Auckland hospital in New Zealand. My mother lives in South Africa and Im located in Australia and we have no way of getting to New Zealand to go see my brother due to Corona virus and inefficient funds to buy plain tickets and pay for quarantine fees of $3100. My brother is alone and he has no family in New Zealand. Jenz is curently in a coma and suffered from a severe axonal brain injury, a broken jaw, 8 broken ribs, a ruptured lung, damage to his liver and he also has a ruptured bowel. We urgently trying to raise money, to get to him incase he dies or so that we are there when he comes out of a coma. Update: Jenz has now transferred from Auckland hospital to ABI rehab centre in West Auckland. The go fund me money payed for my mother flights to New Zealand and payed for her quarantine fees.
