Karon Chambers, CEO of Capital Flights Foundation and American Airlines pilot, is on a mission to give underserved Mercer County high school students a boarding pass to their future. Through mentorship, resources, and exposure to STEM and aviation careers, this program empowers 9th–12th graders with opportunities they’ve never had access to. Funding will provide hands-on experiences, guidance, and tools that help students in inner-city communities take flight towards a brighter future.
