This year has been incredibly challenging for Brian Boer. After contracting the flu, his condition rapidly worsened over the course of a few weeks, ultimately turning into a serious medical crisis. Brian was rushed to Kaiser Hospital by ambulance, where he spent over a week in critical care. Even after his hospital stay, he remained too weak to return home and required additional recovery time at a rehabilitation center.

During this difficult period, while Brian was unable to advocate for himself, his hearing aids and dental appliances went missing. These essential items are vital for his well-being, yet replacing them comes at a significant cost—one that Brian and Serena are struggling to manage.
