My name is Brandon King I am the chef/owner of Salt & Fire Catering & Private Chef Service. I attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Pasadena, CA with 17+ years in the culinary industry as a cook, sous chef, head chef butcher, and fishmonger.

Established in 2019.

After 17 years working in fine dining restaurants I decided I wanted to bring my own passion to recipes, I wanted to share recipes of my own, I want to share with people the food that I grew up on. Growing up my father always took us fishing & camping. Just sitting there on the shore next to the water with the fire burning I remember the simplest pleasure was my father just taking a piece of meat, salting it and putting it over the flame. It was perfect every time. So it was only right I named my catering business Salt & Fire.
