I am not sure where to start or stop this amazing story of courage, love, and wishes.  Most of you know the situation and we are asking for help to fulfill Courtney's wishes.  We want her life to be full of fun, adventure, and love.  So... with that being said - Courtney would like to go swimming with Dolphins.  It was something that she brought up in the hospital and we want to fulfill that wish.  We are working on the details of getting this scheduled... but are asking for your help...
