With a heavy heart, this fundraiser has been created for one of lifes most difficult tragedies, the loss of one of our little children.  Three (3) year old Brayden Tally-Heath was the son of Elizabeth Morin and James Heath.  His maternal grandparents are Karen (r.i.p.) and Rodger Tally Sr.  His maternal great-grandmother is Ruth Demmert of Kake, Alaska.  Brayden was a Tlingit child and a Kaach.adi Clan member, following the matrilineal line of his mother.

There will be a Celebration of Life for little Brayden on Saturday, August 8th at 2pm at the Anchorage Funeral Home, 1800 Dare Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.  The family welcomes the comforting presence of the community at this service, to help hold them up during this difficult time.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
--Food donations and volunteers to help serve are needed for the luncheon following the Celebration.  You are welcome to bring a dish to share for the lunch following the funeral or you can contact Norma Jean Dunne, who is coordinating the luncheon, by emailing or leaving a comment here (you can also send her messages via Facebook), to provide items she may need.     Currently she is looking for: paper products, coffee     (large container of grounds), sugar, creamer, and honey, tea (large box), food trays, veggies, meat, fuit; cakes/cupcakes.  If you would like to donate any or all of these items, please let her know what you will bring and drop them off to the funeral home on Saturday by 10am.   If you plan on volunteering to help out in the kitchen or serve, please also contact Norma Jean to let her know.

Words cannot express the pain the family, clan, and community of little Brayden are feeling.  Let us hold them up, in the palms of our hands and in the  breath we offer as prayer for comfort and strength.  Gunalcheesh, Gunalcheesh, Gunalcheesh for your love, kindness and help during this tragic loss.
