What Happened

In October 2025, one vendor arrived unprepared — no tools, no headlamp, no knowledge of prior reports. Minutes after entering the attic, he stepped on a fire sprinkler pipe. Water poured through our home. The shock triggered a severe panic attack that required emergency medical care. Our home has been uninhabitable ever since.
This was the second major water incident caused by vendor actions in our unit. The first, in 2024, took nearly eight months to partially resolve.
This time, the damage is catastrophic.
