For those of you that don’t know, this is Chase. He has a rare case of Hurler's, which is a genetic disease. Chase is 17 and has outlived the age the doctors gave him by 8 years! Chase did great during his long procedure on Tuesday that went into the wee hours of Wednesday morning. Unfortunately, he had some severe complications beginning around noon yesterday, and he went to his heavenly home this afternoon. We all are heartbroken, but we know Chase is better than ever! This simple gesture will go a long way as we begin to navigate this tough road without Chase.
