Medical Care for Alfredo

Please help this awesome Christian couple who are missionaries in Honduras.  This is my best friends daughter, Mallory, son in law Alfredo and grandson Liam.  Alfredo is need of IMMEDIATE medical care for a rare tumor disease.  He has sought out all options in Honduras and all doctors have said he needs to come to the United States for treatment.  His health insurance in Honduras will not pay in the United States so the money is needed for and will be used for medical costs.  Any amount would be greatly appreciated.  If you can't contribute financially  please pray for them.
