Vicki needs a "lift"!

Vicki is one of my best friends and is always willing to help others, now she needs a "lift", by that I mean she needs a new lift installed in her new car so she can be more independent and have access to her scooter at all times.   Vicki spent  a lot of time researching and exploring vehicles that would accommodate her scooter and did not make the decision to purchase a newer car lightly....it was a situation of having a vehicle that was reliable and safe.  Unfortunately, and after purchasing the car, she was informed  that the existing lift in the previous car would not fit.

Vicki is a Polio survivor with Post Polio Syndrome.  She can only walk short distances, unassisted.  Vicki lives on a fixed income and she is not able to afford a new lift.    Although Vicki is not able to work, she is always willing to volunteer and help wherever needed. 

Vicki is one of the proudest people I know and would never ask for anything for anyone.  My hope in setting up this "GoFundMe" account is to help provide her the financial help she needs in continuing to allow her to be independent in getting to doctors appointments, volunteering, and socializing with her many friends.
