Emergency Dental Work

Hello. My name is Tean and I'm in pain.

In January I cracked a tooth, all seemed well untill mid March when the nerve became exposed and the pain set in. I have (no word of a lie) called every dentist in Leicestershire. Noone has NHS emergency Appointments. There are plenty of private appointments but I don't have two pennies to rub together let alone the hundreds of pounds needed to sort my teeth out.

I have written to the local integrated care board in the hopes they can force someone to give me an appointment but I will need more work then just this tooth removing. (Cheapest option if I do have to pay.)

I've started this fund raiser for what I hope is the cheapest amount I'll have to pay for some other 'non emergency ' repair work.

I hate to have to ask people for help but I'm so scared this will just keep getting worse if I don't get ahead of it now.

I need one tooth removing and atleast 3 fillings. If I raise enough to also get a new set of dentures after the work I'll be over the moon and back to being able to eat what I like and smile without being embarrassed.

Any extra money will go on 'less vital' dental work.

I have a dentist phobia from when I was a child and had my teeth ruined by a rogue dentist and I was just getting back to trusting dentists again when COVID hit and I was removed from my dentists books because I didn't go. (Go figure) Now finding an NHS dentist is harder then pulling teeth itself.
