I’m Rebecca Beyer, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my family as we navigate the heartbreaking loss of my father, Richard “Chris” Beyer, who passed away suddenly on August 31, 2025. My family and I are fundraising to help cover medical, funeral, and memorial expenses for my father.

Chris’ passing was sudden and has left our family heartbroken. He was a devoted husband, a proud father to two daughters, and a loyal friend to many. His love for the outdoors—especially backpacking and camping—was a big part of who he was, and he found true peace in nature. Chris was known for his strong work ethic, generous heart, and unwavering willingness to help others. His kindness and selflessness left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

The funeral will take place on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Habing Family Funeral Home in Gilroy, CA.
