Hello,
my name is Jason Lee Turner Jr, my father Jason Lee Turner has recently suffered from a large stroke and was put into cardiac arrest for fifteen minutes until being resuscitated by EMTs. He was taken to Capital medical center, then later flown that night to UW medical center in Seattle where he had been in a coma for the last two weeks. Neurologists determined that based on the scans of his brain he would never move, speak, or do anything independently on his own ever again, he would either remain in a coma or a vegetative state for the rest of his life without being able to have any form of intelligent consciousness. This being the hardest choice my family and I have ever had to make, was based upon what we believe would be his wishes and to take him off life support and let him pass naturally. Just as of two days ago, May 28th, 2020, my father has passed away peacefully and without pain. We are all heartbroken but happy he is finally at peace, he was a punk rocker king back in his day living on the streets of Hollywood during his teenage years, always a badass man and remaining a badass man for the rest of his life. He worked construction, specifically in laying concrete and was a general handy man, always attempting to help others around him. He leaves behind, my mother, my sister, and I. These times are trying for everyone with all that’s going on in the world, my family and I have all been out of work for the last two weeks and we really hate to ask for help, but we want to honor my father properly and give him a proper cremation.Anything helps, thank you all, and stay safe during these trying times.
