On October 20th my sister April was hit by a car while walking in a crosswalk with her dog. (Polo is fine) April unfortunately sustained many severe injuries. She sustained a broken upper arm and lower arm, elbow, broken femur and 14 broken ribs. She under went 13 hours of reconstruction surgery that included an elbow replacement along with many plates, rods, and screws. She is currently an inpatient at a rehab facility with unknown date of release. I am making this go fund me in hopes to try to alleviate some of the financial burden this has caused her.
