HELP ME EVACUATE MY FAMILY

Hi, our names are Laila and Jude and we have created this fundraiser to evacuate our friend's family in Ga/za. Mohammed is a 24 year old Ga/zan from Nuseirat. He comes from a large family of 8 siblings, his mom and dad, and their two cats: Farid and Soosoo. Mohammed left Ga/za in 2022 and made the courageous journey overseas in hopes for a better and (more) promising life, one where there is no occupation and no constant military attacks..... He made it all the way to the Netherlands and now resides in Amsterdam.

Since October 2023, life has been unimaginably agonising. On February 29th of this year, the Abbas Family lost their home. It was bombed and fully destroyed beyond recognition. Years of memories, lifelong belongings have disappeared under the rubble. The entire neighbourhood is gone. Luckily (we say Alhamdullilah), the family survived - all of them. They are currently in Nuseirat Camp. After making their way down to the Rafah border and seeing the atrocities there, the family felt compelled to make their way back home. Mohammed's sister, Sara, was injured in an airstrike. Her leg is wounded and she's been unable to move on her own. She needs immediate medical attention.

Our plan is to evacuate her as soon as humanly possible, alongside her mother to thus ensure: 1) the recovery of Sara, and 2) the evacuation of two family members. After that, we will evacuate the rest of the family - ALL OF THEM, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We leave no one behind and we will do whatever it takes to make that happen. Most of which will be possible with your donation. Sadly the evacuation costs are incredibly high with prices changing daily. These are set out by Egyptian officials and determine the survival of many P@lestinians. ANY AMOUNT, I REPEAT: ANY AMOUNT will help in the evacuation process of the Abbas Family. Their fate is in our hands.
