Independance

My power wheelchair is at end of life and cannot be repaired.  The seating no longer functions so i cannot transfer independently. (Would need a full time care aid).  No independent access to toilet, bed, shower, or vehicle.  It’s no longer safe.  An Occupational therapist has recommended a wheelchair that meets my needs. This wheelchair is $15k more than government funding can provide, and the need is immediate as my wife has injured herself helping me and can no longer help, A functioning wheelchair will allow me to return to my active life,  perhaps return to work (not possible without a new chair) Cabin fever is about to set in....
