Rent assistance
Donation protected
I’m launching this campaign with a heavy heart and overcoming pride. This coronavirus thing, like for many, has taken a huge toll on my finances. I’ve made not even 10 percent of what I normally make in a month. Unemployment and whatever stimulus check will not be in time. I have some money stocked away, but only a few hundred. My apartment complex has let it be known they don’t plan on offering any kind of assistance or forgiveness. Rent is due April 1. Come April 2, a $100 a day late fee begins. They can’t do any evicting until April 17, but that is hardly a help. Vegas is shut down until April 17 and maybe longer. So, I am looking for assistance so I can make rent on April 1. For those donating, you have my sincerest and deepest gratitude. I know I’m not the only one in this situation and Las Vegas better prepare for tens of thousands of homeless come May. I am looking for work here and elsewhere. But nothing is certain or easy. Again, thank you and God Bless.
