Today Mike took the first of six chemotherapy treatment over the next 18 weeks to treat non-hogkins lymphoma. Mike was lucky in that it was caught early and advanced only to stage II. Unfortunately, he will likely experience negative side affects as a result of the chemo preventing him from working. As a self employed carpenter no work means no income.  Mike has  worked hard to get were he's at and is fearful he might lose what he has and loves so much.
