A Helping Hand

Hello Everyone, 

As many of you know California is currently in a state of emergency, as rampant wildfires decimate communities in Northern and Southern California.  Many people have lost their homes, their priceless possessions, their pets, and even their lives.  One such individual who lost all of their possessions happens to be my sister Nikki Krattiger.  The house she was living in is located in Malibu and unfortunately was not spared from the flames.  Luckily her boyfriend was home at the time as was able to evacuate with her cat Sassy.  All that remains now of the house is a few brick walls and a chimney, all of her worldly belongings were consumed by the fire.  

I know that right now there are many people in need, and I can see the generosity, compassion, and love pouring out of our communities.  It is always in the darkest times the human spirit shines the brightest.  I am sure that most of you are already contributing in whatever way that you can, and many of you may also be victims or family members of victims.  If only I would have won the Mega Millions or Powerball a few weeks back I could have done a lot more, but unfortunately right now this is what I can do to try and help my sister.  Thank you all for whatever part you are doing to try and put California back together and ease the suffering and loss of the victims.  God Bless!
