It is with great sadness and sorrow that I create this page for my late uncle David Gavilanes. Uncle Dave left to be with the Lord early Sunday morning after a difficult fight with Covid-19. Uncle Dave was a very happy, loving, very fun and up beat person. I spent a large part of my youth at my Aunt Patty’s and Uncle Dave’s hanging out with my cousins and enjoying growing up there. It was always a very fun and loving household that I have many memories

of. These are times I am eternally grateful for. Uncle Dave worked very hard the majority of his life truck driving in order to provide for my aunt and his family. Everyone that knew him knew that was his priority and joy in life. Without hesitation he was there to support and love his family. Everything he did was for them. It was his calling in life and he was there for them until his last breath. I ask that you keep my Aunt Patty, her sons David Lee, Daniel, Dennis, and Derek along with grandchildren and great grandchildren in your prayers as this is a very difficult time for them. Uncle Dave spent several weeks in the hospital and required a substantial amount of medical treatment. My aunt Patty had also been in the hospital weeks before him. Because of the medical and funeral expenses the family would appreciate any donation possible that you can provide. The Gavilanes family are forever grateful for it as well as all the outreach in condolences, love and prayers that have been received. May the Lord bless thee and keep thee, May the Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee, May the Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. Numbers 6:24-26.
