Paul Weaver Funeral Service Fundraiser

Hi, my name is Shanna Nelson. I’m raising money to cover the cremation of my best friend, Paul Weaver. Paul was tragically killed in an automobile accident in South Charleston on August 16th. Paul will be cremated and a memorial service will be held in his honor.

Paul was the most decent human I’ve ever met. He was a gifted storyteller and musician. He was an entertainer by nature. If you were ever lucky enough to share the same space, I’m sure he made you laugh. He was a social worker by trade and dedicated a large portion of his life to helping our most vulnerable population. A stroke, last year, landed him in the hospital for 4 months and wiped out his savings. He’d been working hard to recoup but hadn’t quite got back on his feet. Please in lieu of flowers consider donating to this campaign. Let’s give Paul Weaver the big send off he deserves!

Any and all donations are appreciated. This will be THE ONLY Gofundme or fundraiser created for this cause. Please donate directly to this go fund me campaign, NOT to friends or family. No disrespect intended but Bob Morris and I will be using this account to pay the funeral home. I love and appreciate you all. Any additional funds raised will be used to care for his beloved pugs, Margot and Baby Cakes.
