Friends and Family….

Buffy has now completed her Chemotherapy and has 2 more internal radiation treatments to go. We do not yet know what the results are but praying for the best!

Any help you can give us greatly appreciated!!

A dark cloud has fallen over the Dropcho clan recently. Our beloved Buffy was diagnosed with metastatic cervical cancer a few weeks ago. A radical hysterectomy was attempted but unfortunately when the doctor opened Buffy up he discovered that the tumor had wrapped around ligaments and vessels and it is now considered inoperable. After weeks of appointments to meet with oncology teams in Pittsburgh and Erie there is finally a treatment plan in place. Starting next week Buffy will undergo radiation 5 days a week, as well as chemo, in an effort to kill this invasive cancer. This is an extremely aggressive and time consuming treatment plan. There is no way Buffy will be physically able to work while receiving this treatment. We are asking for any donations to help offset the looming financial burden Buffy and Andy are facing. After six weeks of treatments she then has to go back to Pittsburgh for two weeks for further treatment.

Having cancer is stressful enough and any amount donated will help alleviate the additional stress of loss of income. Thank you all, we love you and appreciate you. Let's help Buffy beat this monster!
