Hi, my name is Chris Hallam. I definitely don't ever ask anyone for anything as much as possible, but this time is definitely different. I find myself stuck and broke. I currently have generalized myasthenia gravis and it is a rare autoimmune disease that impacts the neuromuscular system. Im also dealing with stage 3 heart failure and stage 3 kidney failure and all my type 2 diabetes issues. I spent 70 days at OSF St. Francis in Peoria, IL and now am in a skilled nursing facility in Westmont, IL. I'm here to try to get back on my feet and walking with a walker so I can get back home. I have done everything I can through applying for disability, etc., but nothing yet. Really struggling here. I'm not expecting much but would love a little bit. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!
