Honoring the Life of Dawn Elizabeth Knutson
Help us give her the goodbye she deserves.
On July 4th, we lost our mom, Dawn, to a sudden and unexpected brain aneurysm. She had dealt with serious health challenges for many years, but her passing still came as a shock. We’re heartbroken and still trying to wrap our heads around the reality of it.
Despite everything she went through, our mom remained soft-spoken, creative, and full of love for the little things in life, crafts, painting, animals, and her home full of trinkets and memories. She found joy in the details, and she never stopped caring for the people around her, even when she was struggling herself.
We’re doing our best to navigate everything, but we weren’t financially prepared for this. Between her long-term health issues and the care she was giving to family in recent years, there wasn’t anything left for final arrangements.
She worried about being forgotten. About not having a moment where her life was honored. We want to make sure she’s remembered with the love and dignity she deserved.
If you’re able to help us cover the costs of her cremation and a small memorial service, we’d be incredibly grateful. Any amount helps more than you know—and if you can’t donate, simply sharing this means the world to us.
Thank you for your kindness,
